Dense-Disperse

This type of stimulation is used fairly often. For one, it doesn’t cause the adaptation response. For another, you will usually get the effects of the two frequencies chosen but not always. For example if you try to stimulate using 2/100 Hz like Han, et.al. used you will not likely get what you expect. That is because with most machines (like the WQ machines) only 100Hz will be felt so only the effects of 100Hz will be seen. This is due to the design of the machine where the intensity of each frequency is not set independently. So I suggest using dense-disperse only with frequencies in the same range. That is why I don’t use 2/100Hz at all. Because that is what I saw when I did. But Dense-Disperse is something I use when appropriate such as when I want to combine healing with pain relief. Or I want to get release of more than one brain chemical such as endorphins with serotonin. I personally do not mind the adaptation response since I can explain to the patient that it shows it is working to help relieve their pain. And besides, it is not that big a deal to have to turn it up again. I do use this where it makes sence, but I use AIEAC and FSM much more often.
