Sometimes Acupuncture isn’t the whole answer.

Acupuncture may be good at calming and balancing the nervous system, but there are times when that isn’t enough. Sometimes the cause is mental. How you think affects how you feel which in turn affects your nervous system and brain chemistry. I have found that Bach Flower Remedies are usually effective in dealing with the mental. And when it is the right remedy it can work very fast. So if acupuncture helps but the problem keeps coming back look at the mental as the possible culprit. Using the Back questionnaire can help you figure out which remedies might help as well as show you whether the mental might indeed be the culprit. And if it is, the Bock Remedies will probably help. That has been my experience anyway. . The best book I have found that describes the remedies in detail is “Bach Flower Therapy – Theory and Practice” by Mechthild Scheffer © 1988 Healing Arts Press, One Park Street, Rochester, Vermont 05767. With the questionnaire as a starting point and the book to help you decide which remedies are indicated, you will do fine.
