Using Polarized Waveforms is similar to using D.C. in that you move electrons and thus will get electrolysis at the needles. But using a waveform also adds the effect of the “frequency” chosen. For example, if you use a polarized waveform to treat pain due to inflammation, you can both cause a reduction of inflammation and release endorphins. Charge moves twice as fast with D.C. so you will get stronger electrolysis with d.c. but no release of endorphins. So it really depends on what you are trying to do whether to use D.C. or a polarized waveform. I use polarized waveforms a lot but I know what I am doing as my treatment results prove.

ion Pumping Cord just is a diode with wires attached. ideal diodes allow current to flow in just one direction.ll real diodes allow some current to flow in the opposite direction. Germanium diodes allow the least.Basically putting a diode in the circuit blocks half of the waveform. So, depending on wich way you hook it up determines which half of the waveform you let through.And that determines wich way current will flow.
